Staffan Mörndal is a Partner in Verdane's StratOpps team, co-leading the Freya fund family. He joined Verdane in 2006 and was made Partner in 2011. He has been active in numerous portfolio acquisitions and currently sits on the board of Oda, alongside previous board roles at Momox and MatHem.

Before Verdane, he was Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Enkatsu Solutions AB, where he raised three rounds of venture capital and built a distribution network spanning 15 countries. He began his career as a Trainee at Ericsson AB in the United States.

Staffan holds an MSc in International Business from Linköping University in Sweden and UPMF in France, and completed the Programme for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
